The tissues of the body store every trauma (big and small) unless we release it. Myofascial Release is a gentle technique that works with the fascial system to restore function and reduce pain.
Our body tissues store the memories, emotions and traumas of our past. Myofascial Release is a hands-on approach to facilitate healing and restore balance.
The location of the pain may not be the location of the dysfunction. Each session I evaluate posture and fascial tension to determine the best course of treatment.
Pain in the physical body is often the result of stored stress, trauma, and repressed emotions. Healing is deeper than just a few stretches.
