Rachel Griffith PT, DPT

I am an Owensboro native. I have 4 boys (with 1 more on the way) and spend most of my time having adventures and coordinating the chaos for our family. My traditional physical therapy training was from the University of Kentucky. However, over the past 12 years my approach to treating patients has evolved to become more integrative and holistic. I realized you cannot have true healing of the body without addressing the mind, body, spirit connection. So, in 2023 I finally followed my calling. I left the corporate world and started my own business.

Even the smallest members of the family can benefit from manual focused physical therapy! Interventions can address anything from birth trauma to sports injuries to incontinence.
